Safety is a shared responsibility between the Company and its employees. Every employee has a level of individual accountability for their own safety by adhering to the Group's safety systems and procedures, wearing appropriate clothing at all times, being aware and reporting workplace hazards and risks.
A sound return to work programme is an important part of the Company's health and safety philosophy to ensure injured employees quickly recover and return to their pre-injury duties, in their previous position or a less intensive role. The Company seeks wherever possible to provide the best possible programme to cater for each individual’s circumstances.
