This investment allows Spicers to sheet or slit and rewind paper and board to custom sizes and to do so within 24 hours of receiving a customer specific request. Spicers offers unbiased access to both domestic and internationally manufactured products.
Spicers is committed to fulfilling the custom sheeting, warehousing and distribution promise that it has made to customers. Nearly 80% of all products provided to Spicers customers comes out of a Spicers warehouse and is delivered on a Spicers truck driven by a Spicers employee. Kelly Paper is a focused network of paper and graphics store operations serving the small to midsize printers in the western region of the United States. Kelly offers an ever expanding array of paper products, inks, and other graphics supplies as well as a multitude of services for its customers. Beginning as a traditional paper merchant, Kelly quickly responded to their customers request for better availability of products in smaller quantities for the printing community. This resulted in the first paper and graphics store opening in downtown Los Angeles in 1952.
Over thirty years Kelly Paper has expanded to three states, 46 locations and three large distribution centres. Kelly represents most of the top paper manufacturers in North America and is expanding its product offering to include a complement of internationally manufactured products. Kelly Paper has been on the leading edge of technology to find better ways to service its customer base. This includes its online paper store, its tailored customer communication tools and other innovations.
Kelly Paper, with its "all out" customer service focus, has an ongoing goal of being a company that is a solid business partner to its customers rather than just another supplier.
