Properties of Paper
Paper by its nature is a variable material and a versatile product that is subject to a variety of performance demands. The development of a uniform product is achieved by maintaining close control over the complete manufacturing cycle to minimise variations in paper properties.
Testing is carried out on a routine basis using a series of different instruments and is complimentary to computer controlled monitoring equipment on the paper machine or coater.
